Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist designers to coordinate project matters, schedule and report problems.
2. To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress
3. Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, third parties
4. Prepare weekly progress report for project team and client’s record
5. Assist in other ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
1. At least 1-2 years of work experience in design firm.
2. Ability to supervise and motivate a team and are willing to take on challenges.
3. Good stress management, flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Fluent English and Chinese.
