• Watch consumer trend and deliver design trend report; understand the design needs of target customers;
• Develop innovative C&T solutions for vehicles, which are consistent with brand DNA, in the same time balancing aesthetic appeal with feasibility requirements and consumer value;
• Create C&T briefing and image boards, new material proposals including interior colors, textures, textile, deco, exterior body paints etc.
• Excellent pattern drawing skill;
• Working with suppliers to realize the new and innovative materials;
• Accountable for project timelines and task completion. deliver creative presentations to efficiently communicate proposals;
• Work closely with marketing, engineering, exterior & interior designers to have a good design solution;
• Maintain color& trim material library;
