As a Creative Designer you will be in the Global Business Services Department and you will be dedicated onsite designer to support quick turnaround creative work, where face-to-face interaction is critical to success of the project.
The contract will be temporary for 1 year.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Create powerful designs to achive customer goals
- Offer innovative advice and solutions from industry examples and experience. Ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met, as well as desired project delivery schedules
- Conceptualize and execute sound creative ideas for marketing materials in an efficient and economical manner
- Develop and design creative for print, web and email including brochures, direct mail pieces, and flyers using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and HTML, in accordance with style and brand guidelines.
- Client-facing position: direct interactions and day-to-day coordination with RPM and Asset Owners
- Support development of campaigns, promotional and communication branded materials, focused on HCPs, working closely with IBEX and Brand Teams
- Create and edit videos, animation, interactive graphics and photos
- Propose and create innovative materials in order to maximize the impact of the project.
- Help estimate labor efforts and delivery timelines
- Support and maintain desired project delivery schedules
- To use the company branding in all materials and follow the current brand and corporate guidelines.
2.Compliance
- Complies with AZ code of conduct and with local guidelines, codes and policies and procedures
Requirements
Essentials
- Experience as Designer at least 5 years
- Experience using WordPress, Adobe Premier and/or Final Cut Pro editing systems
- CSS experience is a plus, along with any additional programming languages
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Knowledge of web standards for video productions and graphics
- High English level
- Strong team player and cross-functional collaboration working experience
- Open to innovate ways of working
Preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with multinational companies
