Track and process vendor invoices / contracts
Create memos, meeting agendas and other correspondence
Manage calendar on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, including all appointments, meetings and conference calls
Manage, develop, and maintain strong relationships with buyers in key department stores and high-end Specialty boutiques internationally.
Organize and present samples for advertising and marketing campaigns
Host showroom market appointments in the showroom 4-6 times per year.

Bachelor’s degreel 2+ years’ work experience with a focus on Women’s RTW
Ability to multi-taskStrong computer skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook and/or adobe ai, ps, id)
Strong communication skills (business fluent in English is a must, ability to speak Japanese and/ or French is a plus)
Excellent organizational skills, sense of urgency and attention to detail; accuracy
Solid understanding of the market as well as dazzle as a brand
Knowledge of retail math & sales planning is a plus
Manage department budgets, timelines, travel schedules
