• Guide, oversee and manage the work of artists, copywriters, graphic designers, photographers and other members of a creative team for advertising agencies, publications, websites, or other forms of media.

• As a team leader, they must manage and develop the skill sets of each team member, and create cohesive working environments between team members.

• Interact with other agency departments to maintain communication and make sure that clients and products are satisfactory and aligned with the rest of the company's requirements.

• Plan and implement budgets to ensure both quality and efficiency, and establish schedules on short-term and long-term projects.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks

• Keeps departments informed by compiling, analyzing, and reporting marketing results; forwarding plan projections and updates.

• Develops client strategies by examining client objectives; planning

• Bachelor degree or above

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior position leading a large team in a creative agency, multimedia, media or music industry.

• This role directs all the department and is a creative operational role.
