Creative English Teacher (G1-G8) – Beijing

We are seeking an energetic and innovative English teacher to deliver dynamic lessons for students in Grades 1-8, using interactive and real-world inspired materials (e.g., National Geographic, Think, and other project-based resources). The ideal candidate will design tailored lessons that spark curiosity, strengthen language skills, and foster a lifelong love for English.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach engaging English classes for G1-G8 students，small group class.
Design personalized curricula based on students’ interests, levels, and learning goals.
Monitor progress through fun, interactive assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Cultivate a positive and inspiring classroom atmosphere where students feel motivated to explore English.

Requirements:
2+ years of teaching experience (ESL or young learners preferred).
Passion for innovative teaching methods and adapting materials to student needs.
Familiarity with modern English resources (e.g., National Geographic Learning, Think, Oxford Discover).
Patient, adaptable, and skilled at making lessons both educational and enjoyable.
Experience in IB & A-level is a big plus

Based in Beijing.
