Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make collection calls and/or correspondence in a diplomatic manner.
  • Resolve client-billing problems and provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
  • Follow up with customer enquiries and delinquent accounts proactively
  • Improve collection results and reducing bad debt
  • Able to identify problem customers and prioritize collection effort
  • Produce collection /AR receipt forecast
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties from management

Requirements:

  • Certificate in business administration, with some accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • About 3 years' experience in credit and debt collection
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to liaise with external customers as well as internal parties and work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient PC skills, experience in using data in accounting systems for AR analysis is an advantage
  • Highlight relevant AR collection experience in the CV
  • Immediate available is preferred
