Bentley Systems is seeking a highly motivated Credit & Collections Analyst to be part of our successful Credit & Collections team to support our financial operations group, which is a key component to Bentley’s overall Operations Organization. If you have good communication skills, are well organized, possess strong communication and numeracy abilities combined with an ability to multitask and hold yourself accountable, then this is the role for you. Accuracy, good comprehension of complex processes and willingness to work under pressure at times are requirements. Location: This position can be based from a home office with the ability to travel to our Exton, PA corporate headquarters for onboarding and training period.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage a full portfolio of receivables for assigned accounts in North America
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets related to cash collection, policy reserve, and DSO
  • Deliver an extremely high level of user service by providing timely information, resolving disputes, credits, and Cloud Services Subscription statement processing and adjustments
  • Deliver exceptional first-line telephone and email support to users and reliably log user interactions in internal CRM system. 
  • Use collection module for sending dunning letters, statements, and invoices to users
  • Call delinquent accounts for payment info
  • Process user payments via Credit Card and handle user refund requests
  • Record contact activity and invoice status in SAP
  • Escalate payment issues to Management and Account Managers when their intervention or awareness is required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability and motivation to solve problems
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
  • This role does not require travel
