Purpose of the role: The Credit and Collections Analyst is a customer-focused role, where you will be working closely with your team and Siemens management to be the best credit advisor for your client portfolio. As a professional collector, you will contribute to the better management of the cashflow, while also assessing the creditworthiness of customers. You will also have a chance to show the best of you - we are always improving, and we're curious what you can bring! Area of Responsibilities: Collect overdue debts and proactively manage customers to ensure timely payments, handling debt recovery. Evaluating creditworthiness of customers, advising on /and monitoring credit risk accounts Solving Cash- posting queries and customers’ accounts reconciliation Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues and superiors Reporting to management on outstanding issues Project and process improvement engagement as required Observing Organization Policies What do I need to qualify for this job? Fluent English. Dutch and / or French is a plus Approximately 2 years experience in Collections / Credit Control Preferable background in Business/Finance management, or similar. Certificates or experience is welcome in lieu of the degree Knowledge of SAP and MS Office package You are a target oriented self-starter with positive outlook on life You have excellent interpersonal skills - your colleagues see you as a great teammate!
