职位描述

Job Description:

• Lead HSC, LSC & EM credit control team provide pro-active support on business growth meanwhile monitor and control credit risk exposure to maintain balance between each other
• Ensure AR, defer AR, revenue, bad debt reservation & relevant accounting booking accuracy, make accurate analysis & reporting on time and no auditing issue found
• Establish effective cross function, business communication channel to better understand requirement & expectation on credit & AR team from management team, commercial team & other functional team
• Build team development plan for different band level and coach members to form common team value, continuous improvement on working efficiency & professional skill & knowledge
• Keep reducing AR, DSO, defer AR, bad debt reservation & improve cash flow with appropriate solution including creative idea, digital solution, 3rd party financing support
• Continuous improvement on working procedures with PPI (Six Sigma)

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 10+ years of credit relevant work experience with 3+ years as credit manager or team leader
• Strong knowledge and experience in commercial, customer services/ collections background
• Strong understanding of credit tools & strategies
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Seldom business travel depend on business needs
