Job Duties:

• Responsible for local and overseas debt collection and credit control functions
• Keep proper records for debt collection
• Liaise with internal and external parties for accounts receivable settlement
• Prepare various reports & analysis to support management decisions
• Report the debt collection status in periodic meeting
• Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Accounting or above
• 3-years or above working experience in accounting receivables
• Responsible, positive manner and attitude, great team-work ethic
• Strong command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Ms Excel.
• Able to work independently with initiatives
• Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
