Job Description
Responsibilities
- Telephone calls to follow up Bank & Telecom accounts and arrangement of outstanding balance settlement & billing issue
- Evaluate and motivate the call centre performance result and standard so as to streamline the operation
- Coordinate with internal departments for commitment, feedback, operations flow review and improvement
- Provide training support to the teams and assist in other ad-hoc task assigned
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- 4 years experience in resolving payment, process and execution (Banking / Telecom field preferred but not necessary)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Aggressive and self-initiative to achieve business targets
- Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and basic English
- Immediate available preferred
