Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Telephone calls to follow up Bank & Telecom accounts and arrangement of outstanding balance settlement & billing issue
  • Evaluate and motivate the call centre performance result and standard so as to streamline the operation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for commitment, feedback, operations flow review and improvement
  • Provide training support to the teams and assist in other ad-hoc task assigned

Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • 4 years experience in resolving payment, process and execution (Banking / Telecom field preferred but not necessary)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Aggressive and self-initiative to achieve business targets
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and basic English
  • Immediate available preferred
