Job Responsibilities:

• To do double check on all legal documentations in accordance with Credit Approval Summary and to ensure all the CPs stipulated in LO are fulfilled before facility activation.
• To check and verify the inputs in various systems and monitoring spreadsheet without delay and error.
• To monitor the safe-keeping on all the original borrowing and collateral documents and ensure no miss place.
• To supervise maker to monitor bank’s expired and expiring collaterals and other docs in a prudential manner.
• Checker should have plumpish knowledge of Bank’s policies and guidelines especially related to credit control and all the procedures and process flow refer to credit control. Can conduct the compliance checking refer to the due policies / guidelines / procedure / process flow well and give some guidance to maker on this.
• Ensure efficient communication with team leader on any urgency or ad-hoc tasks, and help to handle the tasks.
  

Job Requirements:

• University degree above from a recognized university, law or finance major preferred.
• At least 5 years bank working experience, preferably in Credit Control function. Know the regulatory requirements and Credit Control procedures
• Familiar with bank credit products. Have a good credit file checking capacity and awareness of risk prevention.
• Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
• Towards work carefully. Able to withstand work pressure.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

• 检查审核员在各种银行系统和监控表格中录入的信息，并确保录入准确无误。
• 对审核员整理归档的公司文件和担保文件进行复查，确保正确后及时放入文件柜和防火柜。
• 确保担保品管理的有序进行，对审核员跟踪的各类到期文件进行复核。
• 深入了解银行的各项政策和指导方针，熟知本部门的各项工作流程规范，并能严格按照政策、方针、流程的规定进行日常工作并给予审核员相应的指导。
• 在遇到突发事件或特别任务时，及时与团队负责人沟通，并积极寻求解决方案。

岗位要求：

• 知名大学本科以上学历，法律或金融专业为佳。
• 五年以上银行信贷监控或相关工作经验，了解银行监管规定和信贷业务操作。
• 熟悉银行信贷产品，具有良好的信贷文件审核能力，以及较强的风险防范意识。
• 具有良好的团队合作精神和较强的沟通表达能力。
• 对待工作认真仔细，能够承受较大的工作压力。
• 良好的英文听说读写能力。
