Credit Coordinator:

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of credit and accounts receivable tasks and are able to support other members of the team. You communicate well with all clients and guests, anticipate and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, and are willing to assist at all times.

  What you will be doing:
• Prepare and generate timely group, catering and wedding billing and invoices and processing payments
• Inspect all in-house accounts to ensure adherence to hotel's credit policy and assist with collection efforts when necessary
• Assist with guest calls, credit card detail request and any other queries  in an efficient manner
• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
• Assist with any other credit tasks as assigned
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information related to clients and guests
• Competency using a variety of computer softwares
