Objective of job
• Lead the review process on the relevant rules and guideline;
• Manage the assigned corporate/dealer accounts’ risk profile by reviewing assessment of credit applications within the credit rules, corporate guidelines and regulations, to ensure the identification of risk and its proper documentation;
• Review the regular monitoring results on corporate/ dealers’ performance and escalate timely to Management Team for any irregularities;
• Drive/implement/support credit related projects or products.
• Co-ordinate the preparation and follow up work from relevant auditing
• Any other work assigned by supervisor
Task Description
1. Policy/process review
- Lead the review process of relevant rules and policy to ensure compliance to all Daimler policy and procedures.
- Propose proactively and help implement credit policy/standards/procedure improvement.
- Provide training, coaching and guidance to new team members.
2. Credit assessment review
- Review the assessment of corporate/dealer credit applications for responsible borrowers following internal standards, policies and procedures, including due-diligence of provided information
- Review approval recommendations to ensure that annual reviews and monthly monitoring of all assigned dealer accounts are conducted in line with defined processes and timeline.
3. Drive and implement assigned projects
- Proactively to initiate an idea to improve our credit assessment and monthly monitor process and system.
- Drive and implement the assigned projects and update the status on time
- Support the culture of the changing and continuous improvement.
4. Auditing and Others
- Responsible for the co-ordination of audit related tasks
- Lead/support other assignments from time to time.
- Any other work assigned by supervisor
