Task Description
1. Business process mapping
- Documentation of business processes based on pre-defined template
- Develop & document sytem workflow based on pre-defined sytem functionalities in alignment with operational specialists
- Develop & document connected business (policy) rules to system workflow
- Business review on process, system flow, testing status, testing results, system impact analysis etc
2. Project workpackages support
- Training material preparation and implementation suppot.
- Confirgration support (BPM/business rule/user privillige)
- Testing preparation, implementation and coordination, as well as related documentation.
- Other tasks connected to the execution phase of projects
3. Project Management
- Support in preparation of Project Status Reports
- Timely escalation of issues to WP test lead
- Support Project Managers in their execution / management of projects
- Follow up on issues and issues resolution and practice prudent escalation.
- Regular updates with the project managers / teams
- Ensure quality standard of deliverables.
