Responsibilities

• Formulate retail SME credit risk management policies and procedures
• Performe due diligence for new products and credit programs
• Oversee the daily risk management and performances of the credit portfolio bank wide and across the group

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of Basel Accord, regulatory requirements and market practices.
• Bachelor's degree holder or above, preferably major in Business Admin, Economics, Finance, Accountancy or related subjects
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skill
• At least five years relevant experience (with 2years experiences in managerial role) in banking industry, with retail SME exposure preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
