- Lead a team responsible for the underwriting and monitoring of loan and derivative exposures to obligors in the Industrials and Leisure industries, with a focus on leveraged lending
- Lead the credit due diligence process and perform fundamental credit analysis to provide independent risk recommendations to senior risk and front office management
- Engage with and challenge front office teams to ensure transactions are consistent with UBS's risk appetite and regulatory expectations
- Closely monitor business, financial, and industry developments to maintain up to date risk ratings and portfolio outlooks
- Develop and mentor junior talent and create a rewarding team culture
