As part of the Critical Systems (CS) Division PMO Team, directly reporting to the PMO Director, the Program Manager is responsible to develop business cases for cross business strategically important programs, to initiate and manage the implementation of programs and multiple sub-projects and the associated financials, providing clear and timely status reports. Your main duties: Current state mapping and future state development (scenario planning). Lead cross-functional teams to develop and ensure implementation of programs and transformation projects across Business Units, Operations and other key functions within the CS division. Drive programs to implement divisional footprint strategies, growth initiatives, Business Improvement and potentially support or drive M&A projects. Utilize the framework of the Eaton Business System to structure programs. Establish governance and metrics to monitor, control and report performance of the programs while seeking continuous improvement. Align program financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting and ensure transparency in demand for resources (people, finances, facilities, equipment, and other constrained resources) required to deliver on program targets. Ensure management of risks and opportunities within the programs to enable achievement of requirements and goals. Make decisions related to action plans and ensure early escalations to address risks and significant issues in programs and key processes. Manage effective program communications and ensure that effective change management processes are utilized. Prepares and/or approves project documentation, supports both communication, and detailed project transition planning and execution. Qualifications What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or Business degree preferred 10+ years of business experience of which 6-10 in Program or Project Management and Risk Management; additional experience in Operations would be a plus Fully proficient in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation or equivalent highly recommended M&A experience a plus Make or Buy, insourcing / outsourcing and BCC experience Excellent IT application & data management skills Proven leadership skills - capability to lead change in a cross-functional team environment across multiple sites globally Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to senior leadership teams and external stakeholders Fluent in English Must be capable of leading effectively in diverse cultural situations Proactive mind-set with desire for clear accountability and ownership Drive for transparency & risk management to minimize surprises What we offer: Permanent contract in fast growing global company.
