1.Develop, connect with and maintain influencers and live-streaming hosts on channels such as TK Shop for product promotion, establish cooperation in live-streaming or short-video marketing, and conduct daily maintenance of business relationships.
2. Be responsible for planning and arranging live-streaming plans in cooperation with external hosts (influencers and hosts docking sales strategies), track the live-streaming and short-video situations of the hosts you are in contact with on a daily basis, be responsible for the integration and analysis of the product sales structure, explore consumer needs, so as to improve the conversion rate in the backstage of live-streaming products.
3. Promote the effective implementation of live-streaming or short-video cooperation, including signing agreements, confirming products and sending samples, pre-broadcast preparations and other work.
4. Follow up with the cooperative hosts or institutions throughout the whole process, support the implementation of cooperation details, and maintain a good cooperative relationship.
5. Formulate expansion plans and effectively establish an influencer matrix for live-streaming or short-video channels.
6. Pay attention to industry trends, understand the live-streaming ecosystem of influencers, and put forward improvement plans for product & influencer cooperation, etc.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, CET-4 or above. Those who can speak multiple foreign languages or are majoring in foreign languages are preferred. English proficiency should be regarded as a working skill.
2. Work conscientiously and responsibly, have a quick mind, be able to withstand certain work pressure, and possess a strong team spirit. Have strong communication, understanding and learning abilities.
3. Have good communication and coordination abilities, be curious about new things, have a certain ability to withstand pressure, and be responsible for live-streaming performance. More than one year of sales experience in the electronics industry is required. Those with overseas customer development experience are preferred. Outstanding graduates from 985 or 211 universities without relevant industry experience can also be considered.
