Swissôtel Kunshan has comprehensive meeting and banqueting facilities of different sizes and scales offering great opportunities for business meetings, sit-down meal, cocktail reception or a social function.
The “F&B” is managed by friendly and dedicated professionals. To strengthen our team, we are looking for:
Crystal Bar Manager
  • Provide positive leadership to all people within the Food & Beverage Department.
  • Recognizing that productivity and customer satisfaction are best achieved via a positive workforce; it is expected that recruitment, training, motivation, working conditions, internal communications, quality control, team member empowerment and staff recognition will be managed in a manner to insure positive and productive team members.
  • Assures that standards of quality and procedures established for the Food&Beverage Department are understood and implemented in all food and beverage outlets and departments.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, the candidate should possess:
  • Previous service experience an asset
  • Good verbal & written English is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
