Responsible for planning and leading execution of Partnership Distribution events. Pre-event preparations, coordination with suppliers and relevant parties. During event, program direction and management, After event assessment and reporting.

• Project Manager for distribution events including but not limited to: Sales Kick Off, Leaders Congress, Sales Congress, Recognition Night, etc.
• Determine event objectives, draft proposed program for approval, create WBS and committees assigned action items, monitor execution and delivery.

• Manage events budget prepare reports illustrating expenditures, tracking desired results.

• Act as the custodian of employee engagement activities
• Coordinate relevant events such as employee townhall and corporate social responsibility activities.
