The Ethernet Products Group (EPG – SiE) is revolutionizing Cloud Networking and is looking for an experienced Culture and Communications Manager to lead a culture change, drive excitement across our org, inspiration and enable better collaboration. Our portfolio consists of leading-edge Ethernet IP technologies, Foundational NICs, and Smart NIC (IPU) SOCs for Cloud Service Providers, Communications Service Providers, Enterprise data centers, and the Internet of Things.
We are looking for a people-oriented leader who will set and drive a culture transformation across our organization to inspire, motivate and business-align the team through active coaching, development, collaboration, and communication.
The successful candidate should be willing to connect to the organization's and individual's needs by turning business strategies and decisions into stories and visual concepts that are easily understood by a broad audience and that personally resonate. You will develop, write, and edit internal and external communication plans, messaging, social media posts, and other content to increase motivation and draw-in talented engineers.
The ideal candidate exhibits the following behavioral traits:

- Understand the culture and emotional blockers for people’s willingness to embrace change
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, communications, sociology, or related field or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives for large, complex organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or MA in sociology is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience creating and publishing content on enterprise-level web platforms and on social media.
- Experience with business and motivational theories and concepts.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$130,190.00-$221,610.00
