Job Description for Internship in CF R APM CM (Currency Management Team) Period of Assignment: 3 months (20 December 2021 till 18 March 2022) Job Summary: Supporting the Currency Manager Team on their daily FX operation activities and administrative requirements with regards to accounting entries and reporting to the Business Units and the Management. Job Responsibilities: Assist the Currency Manager in compiling the cash analysis reports by different currencies and providing the necessary analysis report. Assist in coordinating and compiling the monthly NFCP (Net Foreign Currency Reporting). 3. Assist in daily operation of FX hedging activities via our electronic database system. 4. Assist in accounting tasks for the posting of TRE related allocation of realized and unrealized gain or loss during month end. 5. Assist in preparing the standard journal voucher files for FX accounting posting. 6. Assist in preparing and compiling any FX related presentation materials required for training to Business Units. Additional Training: 1. To be assigned for a short tenor to Accounting team (CF R APM ACC-KR&SG2) to have the exposure of their Accounting operation and workflow process. 2. To be assigned for a short tenor to Controlling team (CF R APM CON) to have the exposure of their Controlling Forecast and Budgeting operations.
