Qualifications:
1)English Native Speaker;
2)Bachelor Degree or Above;
3)Majored in Linguistics or Pedagogy;
4)More than 3 years’ experience in ESL or EFL teaching, Experienced in Teaching Research & Teacher Development is preferred;

Job Description:
1)Be responsible for the design of the Scope & Sequence based on teaching materials;
2)Supervise the design of the ppts and lesson plans;
3)Be responsible for the quality and progress of the team work;
4)Be responsible for the professional training for the whole R&D team;
5)Supervise and guide the Foreign Teacher Training Program;
6)Participate in English Teachers trainings in Public and training school.
