Job Description
Position:Curriculum Manager
Location:Shanghai

一.Curriculum Management
1.Responsible for the implementation of the kindergarten curriculum. Regularly observe teacher organized activities and lessons in all age groups and provide relevant feedback to teachers.

2.Regularly check monthly and weekly, lesson planners , theme plan , Mini app and progress reports. Provide teachers with relevant feedback based on curriculum guidelines.

3.Participate in and guide grade-level weekly curriculum meetings.
Engage in the planning and arrangement of major school-wide events and activities.

4.Develop and execute overall environmental design plans for the school's public areas (including seasonal and thematic arrangements).

5.Formulate and document long-term and short-term work plans and summaries.

6.Establish an English language curriculum evaluation system and continuously implement and improve it.

二.Teacher’s Training
Guide classroom teachers in managing various class-related tasks, written assessments, and documentation.

1.Develop professional development plans for the Expat teacher team, categorize them based on their actual needs, and conduct at least one training session per month while organizing training materials accordingly.

2.Develop and implement mentoring and training programs for newly hired teachers.

三.Others
Coordinate and manage teacher absences, tardiness, and class substitutions. When a foreign teacher is absent and no substitute is available, step in to conduct half-day teaching activities in the classroom.

Other tasks deemed appropriate by the kindergarten principal.
