Description

• Report to Head of Organisation and work closely with principals to fabricate quality learning programs across levels of kindergarten and primary years;

• Design, lead and coordinate all curriculum-relevant tasks, ensure it complies with school policies as well as beneficial to school developments;

• Regularly carry site visits, and conduct regular assessments on teaching materials as well as to further enhance in conjunction with inclusion policy;

• Promote professional developments school-wide to staff, also support fellow teachers with professional industry knowledge as well as training;

• Liaise with stakeholders such as parents, administrators, and group managements to proactively review the effectiveness of implementations or introduce new elements for strategic developments;

• Remain active and informed of current practices and innovation within the curriculum building and bring the best practice to the group.

Profile

• A Master's degree in Education or equivalent; professional qualifications in early childhood are highly preferred;

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Experienced in children assessments, curriculum developments in relevant education management position;

• Acquired superb familiarity in the Hong Kong education system and its development;

• Diplomatic, excellent in communications and interpersonal skills;

• Committed, empathetic team leader who work towards students benefits at all times;

• All the prospective employees will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) and to provide the documents.
