General Description:

Coordinate import and export activities, handle domestics transport, support Order Processing Team for PTE China

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle import and export activities (customs clearance for general import, temporary import/export, repair export etc.)

• Manage project order with ERP system, review digital release of project numbers;
• Coordinate with shipper and cargo end user to follow up imports and exports (paper work preparation etc.)
• Work close with forwarder and customs broker to ensure a smooth import and export;
• To work closely with project managers and sales managers to ensure smooth order processing;
• Interface with accountants for VAT exemption for overseas orders;
• Interface with accountants for overseas payments: prepare relevant paperworks;
• Proper filing of all import and export documents
• Maintain data in the customs affair software
• Pay import duty in time and cross check with accounting team for customs duty issue;
• Prepare and submit duty exempted goods annual report to the China Customs;

Handle domestics transports of test vehicle and spare parts.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree, majored in logistics, international trade, economy preferred;
• At least 2 years of import and export experience;
• Very strong coordination ability; patient and conscientious;
• Open-minded and good personality, able to work with people from different cultures; able to work under high pressure;
• Good team player;
• Good English proficiency, can write fluent English to overseas shippers;
• Good Microsoft office skill, especially strong in excel;
• Experience with customs affair software is a plus
• Working experience in an AEO enterprise is a plus.
