This role, on the Global Commercial Capabilities - C360 JAPAC Implementation Team, directly enables this by establishing the process and technical foundations to enable integrated customer 360 interactions and works with selected JAPAC markets to build capabilities to design the desired customer experience, including identification of initiatives, tactics, and campaigns that create an experience for the customer that engages them at moments that matter with the right content to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing foundations to enable C360 model implementation:

  • Working with global capability teams to ensure process and standards regarding C360 are being embedded in the markets (customer profiling, segmentation, field force optimization and planning, consent management etc.)
  • Working with IS teams to provide commercial inputs in the setup of key platforms and technical solutions.

Building market capabilities to execute C360 campaigns

  • Designing Customer Experiences. Working with cross functional market commercial, medical, digital, data and analytics and SFE teams to design customized customer experiences by utilizing brand strategy, customer segmentation, adoption ladder and digital segment-specific insights.
  • Campaign Planning (Customer interactions: tactics, content, visualizations, channels, sequencing) - The C360 Implementation manager builds market capabilities to execute a 4-phase campaign implementation process:
    • Campaign (co-) Creation - Integrate selected messages, formats and channels into engaging campaign designs. Align tactical strategy across functions and match combinations of messages, formats and channels with existing modular content.
    • Campaign Execution Preparation – Ensure operational readiness of campaigns with the Global Service Center and Global Data and Analytics partners.
    • Campaign Metrics (Cross-Channel Campaign Measurement & Reporting) - The C360 Implementation lead facilitates the definition and documentation of how the success of the campaign will be measured with the Commercial Data and Analytics and Data Sciences team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Broad commercial experience in the healthcare or FMCG industry (sales, marketing, commercial excellence, digital marketing)
  • Doctorate degree

  • •Master’s degree & 3 years of directly related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree & 5 years of directly related experience
  • OR
  • • Associate’s degree & 10 years of directly related experience
  • OR
  • • High school diploma / GED & 12 years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically to support key business decisions leveraging data and insights
  • Strong consultative problem-solving skills
  • Strong client service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong Project Management Data analysis and reporting  
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills—able to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences 
  • Solid understanding of metadata and tagging methodologies for effective tracking of digital marketing campaigns 
  • Solid understanding of Marketing Automation Platforms and proficiency in defining requirements to execute in automation platforms.  Direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
  • Solid understanding of data mastering methods and data ecosystems enabling automation and customer engagement design
  • Ability to use and understand reporting platforms –Tableau
  • Understanding of Google Marketing Platform and benefits of incorporating GA to marketing efforts using Salesforce Marketing Automation
  • Working knowledge of web applications – MuleSoft, Sitecore & Live Ramp
  • Solid understanding of Veeva Applications (Sales CRM platform)
  • Advanced computing skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
