Then come and join our Invitro Diagnostics team as a Customer Administrator (Order Management Deliver Operator). Our full-time position is based in Hawthorn East, Victoria and reports to the Finance Manager. Your tasks and responsibilities: • Manage enquiries and orders inbox as a team, including incoming customer phone calls. • Process customer orders in SAP or Esker and liaise with relevant customer contacts to ensure pricing, batch requirements, delivery schedules and product availability are aligned to expectations. • Follow up on incorrect or missing deliveries. Log issue and follow through to completion or credit. • Review and issue customer specific backorders on weekly basis. • Liaise with demand planning team, logistic partners, account and product managers to ensure optimised customer experience and efficient order processing. • Apply cost calculation, gain appropriate approval and process internal Free of Charge orders. • Follow up of Debtor queries and invoice disputes. Your qualifications and experience: • SAP Order processing (SD module) • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) • Experience with domestic logistics processing (preferable with 3PL partners) • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in a Customer Administration for Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Food Industry would be highly regarded but not essential • Team oriented and excellent communication skills • Ability to prioritise tasks in fast paced environment You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
