Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and alternatives
• Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensible way
• Follow up on customer cases and inquiries where necessary

Requirements:

• 1-year of experience in a call center / customer service environment
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
