As a Customer Advocate - Bilingual you will be responsible for handling all inbound Customer Service calls (Spanish & English) for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars accounts, and early stage (0-29 days past due) Collection calls while providing premium customer service that is both accurate and efficient, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction through active engagement, first call resolution, call quality that enhance the customer's financing experience.
 
As a Customer Service Advocate your shifts will vary between the hours of 9AM - 9PM on Monday - Thursday and 9AM - 6PM on Friday. Some evenings through the week will be required. During the initial training period, you will be onsite with your colleagues and trainer.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
6-12 months Financial Services industry experience
6-12 months early stage (0-29 days past due) collections experience
Must fluently speak, read and write Spanish and English in a business/professional context.

Preferences:
Bachelor's Degree
