Responsibilities :
Assist to identify / formalize customer needs (T&T needs, references to trace, etc….)

Maintain presentation material , provide presentations, demonstrations to customers

Deployment, configuration and administration of the company customer Business solutions (CBS)

Design, implement & sending to Person in Charge specific customer’s reporting, based on agreeable request.

Project analysis, coordination & support for each CBS deployment

Drafting and communication of all required operational procedures within the company subsidiaries

Maintenance of accounts documentation and operational procedures

Through regular training & awareness session, bring management & sales team to a suitable level of knowledge on our CBS tools portfolio.

Requirements :
Degree holder or equivalent

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in freight forwarding

Fluent in English speaking & writing is a must

Good knowledge of Freight forwarding operations

Experience with working with operational systems

Candidate should be literate towards information systems

Possess good communication, analytical, rigorous, presentation and interpersonal skills

Work Location - Kwai Fong
