The Role

 

Here at Royal Canin we are seeking a passionate Consumer Care Advisor to join our ANZ Corporate Affairs team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Director and working closely with the Consumer Care team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding consumer experiences with the Royal Canin & Eukanuba brands in New Zealand and Australia.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Educating and recommending Royal Canin & Eukanuba diets to multiple external stakeholders, including pet owners, veterinarians, and pet professionals
• Point of contact for all consumer product related emails, social media and telephone enquiries
• Analysing data and drawing insights to ensure we are understanding our pet owners better than ever
• Contributing to Corporate Affairs team projects and activities as required.

 

What we are looking for:

• Professional pet experience (such as veterinary/vet nursing) is preferred, a passion for all things pets!
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
