About this opportunity

Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.

 

In this role, you will…

  • Interact with customers
  • Work on assignments that are routine in nature, but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
  • Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
  • Follow established procedures on routine work requires instructions only on new assignments

 

 

In this role, you’ll need …

  • High School Degree
  • Proficiency in English (C1)
  • No experience is required
