Responsible for providing services to customers relating to care & engagement programs- Handle customers' queries about care & engagement programs
- Drive customer digital platform: educate and guide agents/customer new customer care digital platform and make it as customer preferred choice
- VIP gift management (Care admin system): work with vendors and other relevant department to be sure gifts will be delivered on time and 100% accurate rate
- Support in getting customer feedback/insight through existing customer event or campaign (1/6, 28/6, Tet, Teacher’s Day, Woman’ s Day….)
- Manage Customer Care system to support customer communications: zalo, edm, website...
- Collaborate with relevant departments (Customer, Call Center, Complaint Handling,..) to deliver TAT commitments
- Prepare reports related the Customer Care programs whe
