Job Title:Customer Care Executive

Objective
The primary objective of Customer Care Executive is to continuously optimize customer orders fulfillment and shorten the order-to-invoice cycle time, improve sevice level in a cost effective way.
Main Responsibilities
1. Process orders in terms of order entry, selling tools, payment follow up, on time delivery and shipment arrangement. Pro-active management of customer backlogs to ensure timely shipment of the finished goods, and minimize inventory impact.
2. Work closely with cross-functions like HQ various departments, local operation team,finance,factory logistics,marketing to go across department boundaries ensuring orders fullfillment and streamline the order management process to reduce the non-value added steps.
3. Manage the customer claims for missing goods including investigation, action plan & implementation follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction in cost effective way.
4. Monitor & manage customer AR and credit to reduce the AR and Overdue outstanding payment.
5. Ensure smooth and efficient relationships with the logistics service provider.
Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills across departments including handling differences/conflicts, passion,good energy, can work under pressure.
2. A 100% customer oriented mind-set and a good understanding of sales, marketing and business.
3. Bachelor degree in commercial or management related areas.
4. Required 3 to 5 years CS or commercial experience at least.
