• Duties & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process Order-to-Cash activities to meet customer service level target
• Perform and monitor the daily orders end to end process , liaise with customer for orders follow up
• Co-ordinate with logistics for order processing issue.
• Collect forecast information from customers and maintain them in SAP system
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customer to meet their requirement
• Provide support to commercial and supply chain project
• Handle customer complaints
• Visit client if needed
• Complete task if assigned by line manager

Profile

Qualified applicants will have the following profile:

• Bachelor above with CET 4 English level

• More than 5 -7 years of customer service/ commercial experience

• Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skill

• Excellent responsibility and adaptability to working pressure

• Good PC skills in Microsoft Office and SAP system

• Finance basic knowledge will be a plus
