Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service via incoming calls and emails
- Handling enquiries regarding to medical claims and company services
- Providing prompt assistance on customers' requests and follow up on outstanding issues
Basic requirements
- Secondary education or above with at least 1 year of call centre experience (preferably healthcare related)
- Strong in communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in both spoken English and Mandarin
- Fast learner and desire to develop a career path in healthcare field
- IIQE 1- 2 is an advantage (Not a must)
