Job Description

Main responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer service via incoming calls and emails
  • Handling enquiries regarding to medical claims and company services
  • Providing prompt assistance on customers' requests and follow up on outstanding issues

 

Basic requirements
  • Secondary education or above with at least 1 year of call centre experience (preferably healthcare related)
  • Strong in communication and customer service skills
  • Fluency in both spoken English and Mandarin
  • Fast learner and desire to develop a career path in healthcare field
  • IIQE 1- 2 is an advantage (Not a must)
