Customer Care Officer (Part time)

 RESPONSIBILITIES

•                   Handle customer inquiries via phone.
•                   Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy.
•                   Balance customer’s expectation & service level by providing effective and efficient solutions to customer.

 REQUIREMENTS

•                   Results driven, able to work independently and under pressure
•                   Excellent communication skills, in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, Chinese word processing
•                   Flexibility to report duty from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekday
