Responsibilities:
l Perform on-site training and inspection visit on a daily basis
l To support any kinds of CS enquiries or issue follow up towards customers
l To assist in preparing the CS handbook & guidelines
l Assist in daily operations and documentation
l To monitor the service standards and conduct coaching to front line staff
l Provide support in administration duties
l Coordinate with front line staff and all internal/external parties
l Perform ad-hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need
Requirements
l Diploma or Degree holder in all disciplines;
l Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in customer services
l Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, able to work under pressure and working in a fast-pace environment
l Relevant working experience in Customer Service and Complaint Handling is preferred
l Good level of proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
l Ability to multi-task and work as a team
l Immediate available is advantage
