1.Provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services.
2.Professionally handle incoming requests from customers, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
3.Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
4.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
5.Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.

6.Responsible for a wide range of different tasks with focus on a high customer satisfaction and high standards of service.
7.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
8.Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Provides administrative support in support organization to support personnel, including call management, documentation creation and office automation assistance. May routinely provide support to remote team members. Responds to customer inquiries, acts as liaison with product divisions and other internal entities.Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives.Performs routine clerical services/ support administrative duties using prescribed procedures.Solves problems which are limited in scope and complexity.


May require some higher education or specialized training/certification. No prior experience required; may have up to 2 years related experience.

1.Bachelor or equivalent.
2.Good knowledge on PC Operation and networking, including Windows and MS office etc
3.Honesty, Integrity and cooperation. Be happy to do service job for customers.
4.Be fluent on English and Chinese, and good communication skill.
