Job Description

What will you do?

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Interacts with internal and external customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.

How will you get here?

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Goal-oriented focus
