岗位职责:
Review contract terms with customer according to company policies. Prepare documents requested with the contract. Track contract fulfillment process. To ensure the execution of the contract.

Record and manage all kinds of important sales and correspondence documents which related to sales orders, to avoid the omission of information.
记录并管理和客户服务订单有关的各类重要的销售往来文件,避免信息的遗漏
Responsible for daily sales orders processing, according to the established order process to receive & process orders in accordance with customer requirements, verify and complete input into the Salesforce system.
负责日常销售订单的处理,根据既定的订单处理流程,受理客户订单,核对后完成Salesforce系统录入
To communicate with US factory regarding to expedite BO request. Follow up purchase order acknowledgements, delivery schedules and weekly shipment etc.
与美国工厂联系催货,负责跟踪采购订单及每周交货等相关业务
According to customer / product / service, summarize and analysis of PO / shipment / back Order / booking / revenue, submit relevant reports
根据客户类型、产品类型、服务类型等,定期对PO / Shipment / Back Order / Booking / Revenue进行汇总和简单分析,提交相关的报告
Handle or coordinate all kinds of customer requests and daily customer communication.
日常客户沟通并协调处理客户提出的各项要求
Fulfill Other duties assigned by Customer Care manager.
领导交代的其它相关工作
任职要求:
Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years sales support related working experience, familiar with Salesforce system operation, with good English reading and writing skills.
本科学历,三年以上销售支持相关工作经验,熟悉并掌握Salesforce系统操作
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
具备良好的英语读写能力
Good communication & interpersonal skills, coordination capability and a strong work ethic with a sense of urgency. Motivation, teamwork and can work under pressure
具备优秀的沟通能力、协调能力和职业素养,工作主动并具备团队合作精神,能够承受一定的工作压力
