Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries (e.g. general enquiries, receipts enquiries, information update and retention) via phone and email
- Provide administrative and clerical support (e.g. re-issue receipts, printing & sorting out faxes)
- Collect feedback and handle dissatisfaction
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirement:
- Form 5 or above, with CS or call centre experience preferable
- Native in Cantonese, Good command of in English (Oral) and Mandarin
- Attention to details and good communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office applications including Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Location: Shek Tong Tsui, 3 mins walking from HKU Station
- Working on Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 18:00pm, no shift required
