Position Objective:
To deliver a personalized and positive experience to customers (agency members and/or customers) by:
1. Engaging and interacting with our customers.
2. Offering the right solutions.
3. Delivering our service promises.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Provides product and service information through Omni channel that meets and exceeds the defined service standards.
2. Promote Self-Serve Facilities, ePayment conversion by engaging, educating & encouraging customers & agencies to use & sign up.
3. Attends & resolves product/service problems and complaint by providing end to end solution.
4. Collaborates with internal and external team members to achieve smooth branch operation.
5. Capable to perform cashiering and servicing effectively. (Hybrid model)
6. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior(s) in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
