Responsible for handling general customer communications from onboarding, service/aftersales, maturities and claims. In charge of managing the overall customer communications calendar as well the the centralized customer communications platform,

• Creates/writes general customer communications for different stages in the customer lifecycles starting from onboarding onwards

Handles the sending our of the customer communications/campaigns that fall under the general communications category which includes announcements/advisories

Consolidates and manages the overall customer communications calendar to ensure that campaigns do not overlap or that all the communications to customers are complementary rather than redundant

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education – Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or any related field

Experience – At least 2 years of relevant work experience focused on customer communications and campaigns; ideally, within the insurance industry.

Should possess the following –

  • Possesses a strong creative ability and excellent skills in oral and written communication
  • Strong project management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
