Job Description
General Purpose
Contact businesses by telephone in order to promote and sell goods and services, and set up appointments for product demo.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Research and Obtain customer information including telephone numbers, names and addresses
2. Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services
3. Explain the product or service to potential customers
4. Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
5. Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
6. Handle customer questions
7. Setup demo between potential customers and sales account executives
8. Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists
9. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
10. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
11. Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
12. Working hours are between 8 PM and 5 am China Time
Education and Experience
13. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
14. Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
15. Comfortable with software products
16. Fluent in English and be able to talk to customers in USA
