Perform Service Recovery (Close Loop) for Realtime Customer Survey
Assist in ad-hoc Operations requests

Roles and Responsibilities:

Realtime Customer Survey (RCS)

1. Analyze RCS survey responses daily.

2.To action on both good and negative feedbacks.

3. To share survey results (including CRS) timely.

Training & Development

1. To deliver training as per schedule.

2. Coordinate with other trainers/ SMEs to deliver training in their areas of expertise, as per schedule

3. Ensure pre-preparation of training is done accurately

4. Use relevant combination of training delivery methods to ensure effective delivery of Learning & Development

5. Updates via reports on training progress to be submitted to relevant stake holders timely

6. To improve on areas and gaps as identified via training evaluation.

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. Education – Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline

2. Experience – Over 3 years relevant experience

3. Certifications/licenses – LOMA

4. Special skills –

• Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Possess good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staffs.
