Position description: This vacancy is based within the Service Center, in the area responsible for analyzing the penalty issues related to the post-sales. Customer Delight Specialist will be responsible for controlling penalties escalations (legal and contact center channels) to understand escalation drivers and support creating action plan. Position based in Jaguariúna or São Paulo. Responsibilities: • Track penalty volumes and spent ($) to understand root causes and propose action plan • Validate/ Audit special warranty program for user abuse cases • Support SDM (Service Delivery Manager) to track action plan and results for Service Centers #### Position Requirements: Mandatory qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Electric Engineering, or management courses • Excel and Power Point deeply knowledge • BI tools as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau Preferred Qualifications: • English fluency is a plus Personal skills: • Good written and verbal communication • Analytic capability and data processing • Problem solving • Team working ####Motorola Mobility is an equal opportunity employer.
